HIA Hapkido National Camp 2007
Over the weekend of 2nd-4th of November 2007,
the HIA will hold a national camp for all
members. This will be in the historic
and beautiful city of Launceston, regional
centre of northern Tasmania. It is also
where Grand Master Kim opened his first dojang
in Australia and where he later founded the
HIA.
The weekend will include 5 hours of expert
instruction by Grand Master Kim, including tan
jon breathing, basic technical principles,
pressure points, sparring and dan bong
techniques. Other organised activities
include rock climbing/abseiling, archery,
cable hang gliding, barbecue lunch and river
cruises. We will also enjoy a dinner
function together.
